Please advise of late arrivals. We will try our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures
Payments may be made via MasterCard or Visa via Paypal. check, or money order in US dollars.

A 50% deposit is required at the time of confirmation of dates, the balance 60 days prior to arrival.

Full payment is required for bookings with arrival less than 60 days.

Due to our limited size, cancellations or reductions in booked nights seriously affect us.

Cancellations, for any reason, made more than 60 days prior to arrival will be refunded - less a $75 cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 60 days prior to arrival will forfeit the payment. However, the credit may be transferred without penalty on future reservations of the same duration at Hawaiian Quilt Hale within the calendar year.

If you have a last minute change in arrival or departure days we will try to accommodate you. If we are unable to, the above fees will apply for any nights canceled
